In 2013 we began to work as a regular acting research and training group that had detected the need to prevent only the “market” from governing our artistic careers. We were born as a collective with the aim of merging professional work with personal development and the permanent investigation of a possible model for the contemporary actor.

We started to use the concept “slow theatre” to define ourselves. The Slow Movement addresses the issue of ‘lack of time’ through establishing connections with the human; our research as a collective is aimed at generating experiences which return us to the human dimension, which emphasize human relationships and their natural tempo.

The purpose is to build a space of “rest”, where the rush to solve a situation is not a valuable criterion. Therefore, we started the slow production of shows while staying on the sidelines of the standard tempo of production, while reformulating at the same time the way to continue acting training and community activities.
